KXS treatment inhibited oxidative stress and neuroinflammation-induced apoptosis in vitro. KXS treatment decreases the levels of ROS (a) and MMP (b), the concentration of IL-1β and TNF-α (c and d), and the expressions of Bax/bcl-2 and cleaved-caspase-3 (e and f), and the cell apoptosis rate (g and h) enhanced by Aβ 25-35 in PC12 cells. Values were the mean ± SD (n = 6).
