RipAY associates with h‐type thioredoxins in plant cells. GFP or RipAY‐GFP was co‐expressed with plant h‐type thioredoxins in Nicotiana benthamiana before immunoprecipitation using green fluorescent protein (GFP)‐trap beads. (a) RipAY association with the indicated h‐type thioredoxins from N. benthamiana (NbTRX‐h). (b) RipAY association with the indicated h‐type thioredoxins from Arabidopsis (AtTRX‐h). Immunoblots were analysed using anti‐GFP or anti‐FLAG antibody. CBB, Coomassie brilliant blue. Molecular weight (kDa) marker bands are indicated for reference.
