Fmk1, Mpk1 and Hog1 mitogen‐activated protein kinases (MAPKs) differentially contribute to the virulence of Fusarium oxysporum on the animal host Galleria mellonella. A–C. Kaplan–Meier plots showing survival of G. mellonella larvae after injection of 1.6 × 103 microconidia of the indicated F. oxysporum strains into the haemocoel and incubation at 30 ºC. Percentage survival was plotted for 7 days. All experiments were performed at least four times with similar results. Data shown are from one representative experiment.
