ΔMoycp4 mutant oxidation stress assessment. Equal plugs of mycelia from 5‐day‐old complete medium (CM) plates were transferred into liquid CM containing p‐benzoquinone (BZQ), menadione (MND), 2.5 mm H₂O₂, 5 mm H₂O₂ and linolenic acid (LNA); the dry weight of mycelia was determined by culture with shaking (150 rpm) at 28 °C for 2 days. The inhibition rate is estimated relative to the growth rate of each untreated control [inhibition rate = (dry weight of untreated strain – dry weight of treated strain)/(dry weight of untreated strain × 100%)]. Three repeats were performed and similar results were obtained. Error bars represent the standard deviations and double asterisks represents significant differences (P < 0.01).
