Molecular genetic confirmation of the identity of tof genes in Burkholderia gladioli strains. The tofIMR genes were confirmed using polymerase chain reaction (PCR) in four B. gladioli strains (BSR3, KACC11889, KCTC12347 and KACC13944). The amplicons were analysed using agarose gel electrophoresis. The positions of the DNA molecular weight markers are indicated to the right of the gels. Black arrows show the position and transcriptional direction of tofIMR, and thick bars below the arrows indicate the expected sizes of the PCR products as follows: 850 bp, tofI; 832 bp, tofM; 1267 bp, tofR.
