The level of H2O2 is expressed as the fluorescence intensity (530 nm/590 nm) × 1000, the superoxide anion level is expressed as the increased absorbance at 580 nm/h/g/fresh weight (FW) and the hydroxyl radical level is expressed as the increased absorbance at 540 nm/g/FW × 1000.
