1Genetic cluster assignment was determined by the use of simple sequence repeat markers.

2Mean disease incidence was recorded as the number of seedlings showing Fusarium wilt symptoms to the total number of seedlings planted (n = 10 seedlings/isolate/cultivar/experiment).

3Seedlings with ≥33% wilt incidence was considered as susceptible whereas seedlings with < 33% wilt incidence was considered as resistant (Martyn and Bruton, 1989).
