TEM analysis of ΔC-CHIKV in infected BHK-21 cells. BHK-21 cells were infected with WT CHIKV or ΔC-CHIKV at an MOI of 0.01. WT CHIKV- and ΔC-CHIKV-infected cells were fixed for TEM analysis at 24 hpi and 84 hpi, respectively.
