CYR5099 does not alter Ca2+mobilization in activated human neutrophils. Fluo-3-labeled human neutrophils were incubated with DMSO or CYR5099 (10 μM) for 5 min, and then activated by DMSO, (A) fMLF (0.1 μM), (B) f-MMYALF (0.3 μM), (C) MMK1 (0.3 μM), (D) m-3M3FBS (15 μM), (E) LTB4 (0.1 μM), (F) IL-8 (100 ng/ml), or (G) PAF (1 μM). Ca2+ mobilization was determined in real-time using a spectrofluorometer. Representative traces of Ca2+ mobilization are shown (n = 3 or 4).
