DPI and apocynin inhibits CD11b expression in activated human neutrophils. Human neutrophils were incubated with DMSO, DPI (1 μM), or apocynin (300 μM) for 5 min, and then activated by (A) fMLF (0.1 μM)/CB (0.5 μg/ml) or (B) PMA (10 nM) for an additional 5 min. The fluorescent intensity was determined by FACS using FITC-labeled anti-CD11b antibody. Fluorescence intensities of CD11b are represented as mean ± S.E.M.
