mRNA Abundance of two selected peroxidases following inoculation with B.graminis f.sp. hordei (Bgh). RNA was isolated from barley leaves or stripped leaf epidermis at 12 h post inoculation with Bgh, followed by reverse transcription and quantitative real‐time PCR.
