The mean values and standard deviations of the club weight, root weight and root index (R_i/R_ni), and disease indices, of the different host–pathogen combinations are given. Only experiments were presented with n > 35. For the susceptible wild‐type Col, with DI > 95, all lines showed an infection rate of 100%. Inoculation (10⁶ spores/mL with single‐spore isolate e₃) was performed at 14 days after germination.
