Proteomic characterization of the ADAMTS-mediated cleavage site in LOX protein. LOX supernatants exposed to ADAMTS2 were enriched in LOX mature forms by passing through a 50-kDa cutoff centrifugal filter. Then, the flow-throughs were trypsin-digested, and the resulting peptides were fractionated by LC and analyzed by MS.
