(A) module 1 with 51 nodes and 477 edges was significantly enriched in DNA replication, cell cycle, DNA metabolic process, M phase and cell cycle phase; (B) module 2 with 25 nodes and 120 edges was significantly enriched in mitotic cell cycle, cell division, cell cycle phase, cell cycle process and nuclear division; and (C) module 3 with 37 nodes and 141 edges was significantly enriched in cell cycle, regulation of cell cycle, cell cycle process, cell cycle phase and mitotic cell cycle.
