Table 1.

Inhibition of the cell proliferation by niclosamide in colorectal cancer cell lines. Cells were treated with niclosamide for 72 hours and cell proliferation evaluated by MTS assay. IC50 values were calculated using Graphpad Prism. APC and β-catenin mutation status were from literature reports (26, 27), wildtype (wt), mutation (mut), n.a (no report available).
