In Case 1, both the tube and the cuvette were filled with ADP(OH)2-Bottom encapsulated 5%-F98 pluronic nanocapsules. In Case 2, the tube was filled with ADP(OH)2-Bottom encapsulated 5%-F98 pluronic nanocapsules and the cuvette with ZnttbPc encapsulated 5%-F98 pluronic nanocapsules. In Case 3, both the tube and the cuvette were filled with ZnttbPc encapsulated 5%-F98 pluronic nanocapsules. For ADP(OH)2-Bottom based contrast agent: τon = 1.02 ns and τoff = 0.97 ns. For ZnttbPc based contrast agent: τon = 2.68 ns and τoff = 0.17 ns.
