IgG and switched memory B-cell levels at last follow-up in relapsing and non-relapsing patients after anti-CD20 treatment. The amount of serum IgG and of switched memory B cells was compared between relapsing (n = 18) and non-relapsing (n = 9) anti-CD20-treated patients at last follow-up. Each plot represents a different patient. Gray areas and dashed lines represent the age-related normal range between the 5th and 95th percentiles indicated in Piatosa et al. (15) for the different B-cell subsets and by the diagnostic laboratory of our Institution for immunoglobulins. Levels of severe hypogammaglobulinemia (severe hypo-IgG) are also indicated.
