Upregulation of SPRY4-IT1 Promotes Cell Proliferation of GC In Vitro

(A) SPRY4-IT1 was detected in GC tissues and adjacent noncancerous tissues by qRT-PCR. (B) qRT-PCR showed the expression level of SPRY4-IT1 in GC cell lines. (C) CCK-8 assay showed that knockdown of SPRY4-IT1 inhibited the cell proliferation of BGC823 cells. (D) CCK-8 assay showed that overexpression of SPRY4-IT1 promoted the cell proliferation of MKN28 cells.
