Optical Density (OD) mean values (X±SD) obtained according different sample volume on assay. OD mean value among paired negative serum samples was 0.017±0.026 and among positive serum samples was 2.274±1.453. Positive and negative samples results were plotted on left and right Y‐axis, respectively. Differences were not significant (whole saliva, P=0.07 and oral fluid P=0.10).
