GLP toxicology study to evaluate AIC100 efficacy and safety in male and female mice. (A) A change in 8505C tumor burden was measured by whole body luminescence imaging of tumor growth. Days indicate time elapsed after infusion of AIC100. 1X and MTD doses are identical to previously defined. Animals were labeled as ‘a’, ‘b’, ‘c’, etc. to match luminescence with cytokine levels. (B) Cytokines were measured from the peripheral blood collected from the animals subjected to whole body imaging. Each sample was measured twice. LLOQ = lower limit of quantification. (C) The body weight was recorded for the cohorts of mice with no tumor, mice with tumor only, mice with tumor and treated with 1X AIC100, and mice with tumor and treated with AIC100 at MTD.
