Evaluation of H2O2 treatment and exposure time needed for reactive oxygen species (ROS) generation and oxidative stress-induced ARPE-19 cell death. (A) Undifferentiated and (B) differentiated ARPE-19 cells were treated with different concentrations of H2O2 (within the range 100–500 µM) over a time course of 0–6 h after which cell viability was measured using MTT assay. ROS production was also measured under the same experimental conditions for both (C) undifferentiated and (D) differentiated ARPE-19 cells.
