LacZ mRNA expression was evaluated by RT-PCR in total RNA from Glp2r+/+ and Glp2r+/Z mouse jejunum, gallbladder, mesenteric lymph nodes, and urinary bladder. PCR products (LacZ 467 bp long, Gapdh 450 bp) were analyzed by agarose gel electrophoresis using SYBR Safe DNA Gel Stain. Agarose gel images are shown in reverse contrast.
