Relationship between Chinese physician‐patient relationship and physicians’ burnout and relationship between career satisfaction and physicians’ satisfaction with compensation. A higher percentage of oncologists experiencing burnout (71%) had a negative view of the physician‐patient relationship, whereas a higher percentage of those without burnout (11.2%) had a positive view (A). A higher percentage of oncologists (57.8%) unsatisfied with salary had a low level of career satisfaction, whereas a higher percentage of those (56.2%) satisfied with salary had a high level of career satisfaction (B).
