Naïve and memory Treg cells (CD4⁺CD25^HighCD127^Low) cells were FACS-sorted according to their gp130 expression levels and co-cultured with CFSE-labeled, FACS-sorted CD4⁺CD25⁻ Teff cells in the presence of anti-CD3 and irradiated PBMCs for 96 h.
