Dose-dependent effect of T-2307 on oxygen consumption in whole yeast cells. Oxygen consumption was measured in distilled water at a cell density of 3 × 107 cells/ml. Antimycin A and CCCP were added at final concentrations of 10 μg/ml and 4 μM, respectively. T-2307 was added at final concentrations of 30, 100, 300, and 1,000 μM. Distilled water was added to the control group as a vehicle control. The time of yeast cell and agent addition is indicated by the arrows. All measurements were conducted at 23°C.
