Assessment of potential cytotoxic effect of PCDP polymer on hMSCs. Cells were treated with PBS, 25K PEI, or PCDP with various concentrations. After 48 h post treatment, cytotoxicity was determined by MTT assay. Results were normalized against the PBS group.
