Structural comparison and partial sequence comparison of (A) FNR_EC and (B) FNR_AF. Models of the three-dimensional structures of the respective monomers, showing the sensory domains, dimerization helices, and DNA binding domains, were created using the crystal structure of FNR_AFi (PDB 5e44) as a template.
