Models adjusted for gender, mean–centered IQ, BMI, age, and each covariate*time interaction. Biomarkers of inflammation were log-transformed and mean–centered. The intercept represents the value of the outcome at 90 days after HCT. Longitudinal changes are modeled as time effects, and the association between each biomarker and time is examined using the time x biomarker interaction.
