Sagittal slices of a 3D T1-weighted spoiled gradient echo sequence from the ISMRM/NIST system phantom (A) and the ADNI MagPhan phantom (B), which can be used to assess geometric distortions. An advantage of the ADNI MagPhan phantom in this orientation is the lack of symmetry.
