Hospital characteristics included in the above table were obtained from American Hospital Association data (2010).22 To protect confidentiality of sites, we are only permitted to report hospital-level variables in predefined categories (eg, number of ICU beds: ≤12, 13-25, 26-50, >50) according to prior agreements between Get With The Guidelines–Resuscitation and participating sites.
