The column marked ‘None’ represents the selection of significant SNPs at an arbitrary threshold value (−Log10 P ≥ 3.5). The column marked MBH represents the number of markers identified using the marker-based-heritability-regression method. Columns marked Bon and FDR refer to Bonferroni corrections and positive False Discovery Rate, respectively, for the number of significant markers that were selected based on a cutoff of 0.05.
