Aggressive behavior of mice in the resident–intruder paradigm over 3 consecutive days. For residents that did not show aggressive behavior on days 2 and 3 of the test, the latency was 600 and 1200 s, respectively. There was a significant effect of genotype (F(1,24) = 8.55, p < 0.05). n = 20 per genotype; post hoc analysis showed significant decreased latency for control mice to attack at days 2 or 3 versus day 1 (ap < 0.05).
