Neither Endogenous IQGAP1 nor IQGAP3 Co-Immunoprecipitates with H-, K-, or N-Ras. HEK293 cells were transfected with FLAG-tagged, constitutively active (G12V) H-, K-, or N-Ras or vector alone (V). Cells were lysed and FLAG was immunoprecipitated (IP) with anti-FLAG antibody. Equal amounts of lysate were loaded directly onto the gel (1% input). Samples were resolved by SDS-PAGE and Western blotting. Blots were probed with anti-IQGAP1, anti-IQGAP3, anti-C-Raf, and anti-FLAG antibodies.
