miR-543 inhibits the cell apoptosis of OSCC cell lines. FCM was used to detect the cell apoptosis. (A) FCM revealed that the apoptotic rates of SCC9, SCC25 and CAL27 cells were decreased by 5.07, 9.37 and 10.97% on average following transfection with the miR-543 mimic, respectively.
