The mean and 95% confidence interval for two-year lipid changes (mg/dL) are shown for adherent and non-users, adjusted for PS subclass and baseline lipid level. We saw significant increases in total and HDL cholesterol over two years, but no change in LDL or triglycerides. There were no differences in two-year lipid changes between adherent and non-users.
