Pathogen abbreviations: Alphaherpesvirus (Herp), Pestivirus (Pesti), Parainfluenzavirus type 3 (PI3), Neospora caninum (Neo), Brucella suis biovar 4 (Bru), Toxoplama gondii (Toxo), West Nile Virus (WNV), Bovine respiratory syntical virus (BRSV).
