Increase of IL-2 synthesis of splenocytes from H. pylori-infected BALB/c mice. Animals daily dosed with 10 and 40 mg of AXT were sacrificed two, four, and six weeks post-inoculation. Splenocytes from infected mice were stimulated with sonicated H. pylori (50 µg mL−1), harvested after 36 h, and used for ELISA. Data are presented as the mean ± SEM.
