Effect of bvPLA2 treatment on serum cytokine levels in LPS-induced abortion mice. The blood samples of normal pregnant mice (PBS), abortion model mice (LPS), and bvPLA2-treated abortion model mice (LPS + bvPLA2) were collected for cytokine determination using the Cytometric Bead Array (CBA) Mouse Th1/2/17 Cytokine Kit.
