Oxaliplatin administration induces increased behavioral response to mechanical and cold stimulation. Three days after intraperitoneal injection of 6 mg/kg of oxaliplatin, mechanical (A) and cold (B) allodynia were induced. Behavioral tests were conducted by using von Frey filament and acetone, to assess mechanical and cold allodynia, respectively. Nine rats were allocated in each group.
