Exposure to 2 × 10−10 m PGF2α for 4 h increased sGnRH transcripts in the telencephalon and cerebellum of male (M) but not in female (F) goldfish. Exposure to vehicle (318 μl/L ethanol; control), 10−6 m l-serine (Ser), or 2 × 10−10 m 17,20β-P had no effect on sGnRH mRNA levels.
