Mechanical allodynia and antinociception in CRP2−/− mice induced by cGMP analogs. 8-Br-cGMP or 8-pCPT-cGMP was administered onto the lumbar spinal cord via an intrathecal catheter. Thereafter, the withdrawal latency time of a hindpaw after mechanical stimulation by an automated device was measured at the indicated time points.
