Application of E4031 during fictive locomotor patterns evoked by NMDA plus 5HT in the spinal cord isolated from a 19.5-d-old mouse embryo. Left column, 5 μm NMDA plus 10 μm 5-HT induced stable fictive locomotion between homosegmental (L2 or L5) left and right VRs and between related flexor (L2) and extensor (L5) recordings on the same side.
