Effects of acute cocaine challenge on 5CSRT performance. Acute cocaine decreased performance accuracy (a), an effect that was attenuated in animals overexpressing ΔFosB. Cocaine also increased omissions (b), yet animals overexpressing ΔFosB omitted fewer trials at higher doses. Cocaine increased premature responding in all animals (c).
