Using a consistent analysis method, human HD, HD model, and PD model arrays were separately compared to matched controls to generate profiles of differential gene expression in each system. The type of Affymetrix array, the number of probe sets, and the percentage of probe sets meeting an arbitrary criteria of p < 0.001 for differential expression are displayed for each system. At this level of significance, the expected percentage of false positives would be ∼0.1%. Inc., Increase; Dec., decrease.
