Dark adaptation after continuous light exposure. ERG a-wave recordings are shown. Left, Mice were dark adapted overnight, and ERGs were recorded. Middle, Mice were dark adapted overnight, exposed to 200 lux white light for 50 min, and dark adapted again for 35 min. The mice were not anesthetized until 5 min before the ERGs were recorded.
