Visual sensitivities of Tα+/+, Tα+/−, Tα−/−, G38D/Tα+/−, and G38D/Tα−/− mice (n > 4 for each genotype), as measured using a vision-dependent behavior, are shown. Mice were trained to find a black wall in a water maze where one wall was black and five walls were white. They were then tested for their ability to find the black wall at various levels of illumination.
