Data are EPSPs (percentage) at 60 min after the start of stimulation. Concentration of CaMNg₀can be calculated with the following equation: CaMNg₀ = CaM₀Ng*/(K_d + Ng*) = 0.9Ng*/(3.0 + Ng*), CaM₀ = 0.9 μm and [CaCaM] = 0.9 pm in the spine at rest and in the dendrite.
