TrkB-EGFP puncta in axons from 4 DIV cortical neurons could be divided into three categories based on the characteristics of their movements during time-lapse imaging. The movement characteristics shown above were measured by tracking TrkB-EGFP puncta from frame-to-frame from time-lapse movies collected every 15 s for 15 min.
