The chemokine CXCL12 was upregulated and secreted in ADPKD RC cells. Relative CXCL12 mRNA expression levels in the RPTEC/TERT1 and ADPKD RC cell lines were normalized to GAPDH mRNA expression. (D) CXCX12 levels in the culture media of RPTEC/TERT1 and ADPKD RC cells were examined by ELISA. The culture media were collected after 72 hours.
