A, rhCNB upregulates the expression of antitumor cytokines via TLR4 in RAW264.7 macrophages. B, rhCNB triggers the secretion and production of antitumor cytokines via TLR4. C, rhCNB increases the expression of costimulatory molecules on the surfaces of RAW264.7 macrophage cell lines in a dose‐dependent manner. D, TAK242 inhibits significantly the rhCNB‐induced expression of costimulatory molecules on the surface of RAW264.7 cells.
