Recombinant human calcineurin B subunit (rhCNB) induces cytokine secretion and enhances the antigen‐presenting activity of RAW 264.7 macrophages via Toll‐like receptor 4 (TLR4). A, rhCNB upregulates the expression of antitumor cytokines via TLR4 in RAW264.7 macrophages. B, rhCNB triggers the secretion and production of antitumor cytokines via TLR4. C, rhCNB increases the expression of costimulatory molecules on the surfaces of RAW264.7 macrophage cell lines in a dose‐dependent manner. D, TAK242 inhibits significantly the rhCNB‐induced expression of costimulatory molecules on the surface of RAW264.7 cells. Cells were incubated with rhCNB for 24 h, and supernatants and cells were collected for ELISAs and FACs analysis.
